As a result of ever-increasing levels of business, we have full-time vacancies for HGV Drivers. 

HGV DRIVERS

Are you looking to be part of a dynamic and reputable removals team? We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Driver to join our team at our depot in Watton, Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV licence, relevant experience in driving heavy goods vehicles and a good understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV license
• Good driving record with no major violations or accidents
• Ability to read and follow GPS and other navigational systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights away if required (subsistence paid)
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads
• Excellent hourly rates of pay guaranteed 50 hours (+ overtime) with wages being paid fortnightly
• 28 days holiday plus a full uniform and safety footwear is provided.

Responsibilities of the role

• Warehouse duties
• Looking after vehicles
• Ensuring all packing materials/equipment is on vehicle for job
• Packing assorted household effects
• Loading/unloading of vehicle
• Dismantling/reassembling of furniture
• Liaising with customers whilst carrying out the move
• Completing of company documentation
• Health and Safety
